Prepare a mojo marinade with the orange juice, vinegar, garlic, Cumin, salt, and pepper. Marinade the steaks for 1 hour, preferably over night. Prepare a breading station with the all purpose flour, eggs and bread crumbs. Meanwhile on a frying pan preheat the oil to fry the steaks. Make sure you add a touch of salt to the eggs. Now dunk the steaks into the flour, eggs and cover with bread crumbs pound the bread crumbs on to the steak to help it stick. The oil should be hot but not smoking. Fry the steak for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Place steak over a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Great with white rice, black beans, and sweet fried plantains, and a garden salad.
