Put stock into blender with the bag of chips. Blend at med speed until the chips are dissolved. Put mixture into a pot and cook over medium heat until it thickens to desired consistency (creamy is best). add the lemon juice, stirring it in. Serve hot as a side soup. Place a fried pork rind or toasted piece of bacon and garnish with fresh parsley.
