  • 6 Each Egg Whites (Room Temperature)
  • 1 tsp Real Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 3 Tsp White Vinegar
  • 3 Drops Food Coloring (Favorite Color)

    Using a mixer, mix well all ingredients until it creates a ribbon like consitancy and you have firm peaks, roughfly about 7 minutes. DO NOT over mix. Using a pipping bag form the "Merenguitos" on parshment paper in a cookie sheet. This recipe makes over 75 merenguitos. Make in a convection oven at 230f for two hours. Let the merenguitos cool down before removing them from the parchment paper.
